The Hits Just Keep On Comin’

Saturday: I come down with nasty head cold.
Sunday: Rollie comes down with diarrhea. Lasts until last night.
Last night: Eye starts itching. Wake up with left eye matted and crusted shut. Pinkeye! Just in time for my weekend away from the children, with my husband, I get to look like a goddamn ogre. Awesome.

Ick – sorry about the pinkeye. I think that the drops start helping symptoms immediately, though.

Very brave to post the photo. I don’t think that folks who don’t know you would even notice.

You are sweet to say so, but it looks pretty icky. Doctor said that they don’t prescribe antibiotics until you have had it for over two weeks. Most cases are viral and clear up on their own. It is getting better – not nearly as bad as the last case.
