Tiller’s New Haircut

I live vicariously through my daughter’s hair. Yes, you heard me right.

I have long bemoaned the curse of the curl, that never allows me to have bangs or cute bobs, or even a decent Dorothy Hamill growing up. But now i have a Tiller! A straight-haired, sharp-cut banged Tiller! In the bob that I wanted in 6th grade. (Instead I ended up with what some still refer to as “The ET.”)

    That’s a great haircut, and the same one that my Sophie sported for years. Tiller looks so grown up with it!! I had the same hair she does, and always wished mine was curly. Luckily I lived in NJ during the 80’s, and those big perms were all the rage…..

    On one hand, I am an individual, who hopes for a private life; wow goldon the other hand, I am a mother with depths of love for her child. Life is disaperate if you suffer but can’t do anything to make a change. And you just hold that the odds are for us. But you always feel the reality is against you….
