You know you’ve been overindulging when you look at this and can actually feel your body craving it. Need to start listening to my body more in 2018; turns out it’s usually right. And if I learned anything in 2017, it’s that you can’t take anything for granted, anything can happen, and without my mental and physical health, I am no good to anyone. #2018 #health #beingbetter
